Managed Live-In Care Service
Our Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated and fully-managed service offers all the advantages of the Introductory Service together with additional advice and support from a Local Consultant who will manage all elements of the care service, relieving the client or their representative from such responsibilities.
Our Managed Service is available in the South of England.
Your Local Consultants will take responsibility for every aspect of the care including Care Plans and reviews, regular communication with healthcare professionals and nurses and diary management. This relationship begins with a full Home Assessment before the service begins to understand the level of care required by you or your loved one. The Local Consultant will also undertake a Risk Assessment as required by law. Our Local Consultants will continuously monitor and review a client’s needs.
Our professional live-in carers are available to look after individual clients or couples, providing 24/7 care and reassurance. We monitor our live-in carers at work by talking to you and any health professionals they work alongside as well as conducting regular supervision visits to observe the carers work.
Carers under the Managed Service receive payment directly from Consultus – we are responsible for deducting Income Tax and National Insurance contributions and providing holiday pay and pensions according to statutory PAYE entitlements.
