We're searching for compassionate, professional individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional care. Whether you’re an experienced carer, a registered nurse, or new to the care profession, we welcome individuals who have:

  • Relevant experience or qualifications (preferred but not essential for carer roles – we provide full training!)

Our roles - Live-In Carer

As a live-in carer, you’ll provide tailored care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and enjoy life to the fullest. Duties may include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship.

Our roles - Registered Live-In Nurse

Our nurses provide expert clinical care for clients with complex medical needs. This role requires a current NMC registration and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of nursing practice.

Our carer recruitment process

Apply online

Complete our straightforward online application form, providing details of your experience, skills, and availability.  You will be required on application to submit your Right to Work in the UK.

Screening and interview

If shortlisted, we’ll invite you for a video interview and complete the necessary checks, including references and a UK DBS check or a police clearance if you are applying from overseas.

Training and on-boarding

If you are offered a live in care role you will attend our award-winning induction training in Kent and on successful completion you will begin your 12-week on-boarding to finish the Care Certificate.
